Have a tool you want tested? Think a verdict is wrong, or has gone stale? Want to write about your own experience with a tool? All three are worth an email — or, for the last one, a submission.
What we want to hear about
- Corrections. If we got a fact wrong — a price, a feature, a plan limit — tell us. We’ll check it against the current version of the product and update the post with a new verified date. This is the most useful message you can send us.
- Tools worth testing. We can’t test everything, and we won’t pretend otherwise. But we read every suggestion, and “nobody has honestly reviewed X” is a good argument.
- Your own experience. Used a tool for real and have something worth saying? Submit a community post. It runs under your name, in the Community section, after we review it. It won’t carry a Verdict — those are reserved for tools we’ve tested ourselves — but it reaches the same readers.
- Vendors. We’ll talk to you, and we’ll take a demo. Read the disclaimer first so the terms are clear: access doesn’t buy a verdict.
What we won’t take
- Paid link insertions.
- Sponsored or paid-for posts, in verdicts or community submissions alike.
- Community submissions that are thin rewrites of a vendor page, undisclosed advertising, or written to promote a product the author is paid to promote. We check.
We read everything. Replies usually take a few days — this is a small operation, not a support desk.
