Most software review sites reword the vendor’s own feature list, slap a 5-star rating on it, and call it a review. We don’t do that.
WorkifyLab exists because picking the wrong productivity tool costs you more than money — it costs you the weeks it takes to realize it isn’t working, migrate your team’s data out, and start over. We think that decision deserves better than a rewritten spec sheet.
What we actually do
Every tool covered on this site gets used — not skimmed, not demoed for ten minutes, actually used for real work over real weeks. Every Verdict Panel you see states exactly how long we tested, what setup we tested it with, and when that verdict was last checked against the current version of the product. Software changes fast; a review from eighteen months ago with no update date isn’t worth much.
What we don’t do
We don’t accept payment for a favorable review, and we don’t let vendor relationships shape a verdict. If a paid plan isn’t worth the price, we say so plainly.
